This is not waterproof, and poor quality, June 30, 2010

I got this to put on my Harley and I’m frustrated with their quality control. The cap that is supposed to fit snugly into the socket does not fit at all. I cannot put it in the socket. I pushed with all my might and it almost fits, but does not. And that was without it mounted. If it was mounted, there is not way I could use that much force to try to make the cap fit on, so this is not weatherproof at all as their ad says. If you get this product you won’t be able to put the cap into the socket. The inside groove of the cover is too large. I wrote to the company to explain my problem and ask if they could send a new cap, perhaps one that fits, and they won’t even answer my email. So my advice is that this looks nice and is a good idea, and if they had any quality control and made sure their parts fit, it would be great, but as they make it, it is not.

I was even told that honesty was my biggest flaw. I'm not surprised to see corporate doing such a thing. @MartinRacingPerf

Actually they just took them all out of the Miami location. It's very expensive in most states to get licenses and in some states like California, Texas, and Florida you need a bond and other requirements the tire center does not meet.
